深圳市人力资源和社会保障局采取积极措施，认真贯彻落实国家、广东省关于做好失业保险支持企业稳定岗位的工作部署。主要做法：一是加强政策解读和宣传，利用政府门户网站、新闻媒体、信息公开、专项活动等多种方式，加大宣传力度，帮助企业了解相关政策，便利符合条件的企业申领补贴，并按规定要求使用；二是全流程实现网上申报，符合条件的企业登陆市社保机构门户网站申报系统，进行稳岗补贴申报。除了因企业信息不准确导致系统无法自动比对审核的，企业需持企业组织机构代码证，前往注册地的社保机构修改信息，正常情况均通过相关业务数据联动、后台信息比对，从而自动识别和完成对申报企业上年度缴纳失业保险费、领取失业保险金情况的审核。该政策助力供给侧结构性改革，取得显著成效，据统计，实施该政策以来，已经累计发放稳岗补贴43.5亿元，惠及30.67万家企业，涉及职工1895.31万人次。
