2018年5月25日，中国联通失业保险援企稳岗和技能提升补贴政策宣贯视频会在京召开，共有31家省公司、23家子公司的人力资源部领导和具体负责人参加了会议，会议主题是国家有关政策宣贯与下一步工作部署。

会上中国联通人力资源部对援企稳岗政策和技能提升补贴政策进行了工作宣贯。从工作背景、主要内容、工作流程等方面对国家有关政策进行了深入解读，并从研究政策、用好政策、加强宣贯、及时沟通四个方面进行下一阶段工作部署。要求各单位深入学习国家及当地有关政策，做好员工宣贯，积极与当地人力资源社会保障部等相关部门沟通，及时向集团公司反馈实施进度及补贴申领结果。
