“一带一路”政策，中国青年非盈利组织睛彩国际发起，邀请各国青年人及公益组织，为年轻艺术创作者打造展览、创意、交流的合作平台，促进各国青年人积极参与跨文化交流，增强相互理解。

50件作品选拔自全球线上征集的1400多件作品，来自中国、美国、印度、马来西亚、澳大利亚、伊拉克、伊朗、布隆迪等多个国家。展览艺术形式多元，包括绘画、摄影、雕塑、装置、时装等。

展出作品还有来自中国青年公益组织的脑瘫儿童艺术创作。睛彩国际鼓励多元艺术表达，尊重每个生命个体的艺术创作，支持艺术公益。
