12月7日至8日，全国军转干部进高校专项培训工作座谈会在福州召开。座谈会上，上海市军转办、河南省军转办、上海公安学院和郑州大学分别介绍了各自探索开展军转干部进高校专项培训的经验做法。今年3月成都会议部署后，高校专项培训工作在全国范围内已经打开了局面，取得了明显成效，得到了军队、地方接收单位、高校和军转干部等多方认可，为下步工作奠定了坚实基础。
