创新失业金申领模式 增强服务新效能

深圳市人力资源和社会保障局不断创新思维，充分挖掘和利用互联网资源，多措并举，积极构建“失业保险服务新模式”。主要做法是依托相关业务系统，相关数据信息联动获得并自动识别判断和计算，最大限度地简化申请材料，失业人员仅凭身份证（或社保卡）、银行卡即可申领失业保险金，在申领渠道方面则整合社会资源，实现了多元化：一是在全市各社保窗口办理；二是搭建失业登记与失业保险金申领“一站式”服务平台，失业人员在与社保签订代办协议的各街道公共就业服务机构办理失业登记后，可以同步申领失业金；三是开通了邮政储蓄银行代办服务，失业人员可就近选择任一邮政银行窗口申领失业金；四是推出自助终端机业务，失业人员可在终端机自助申领失业金。自2014年1月该项创新服务推出以来，目前已经在全市35个社保窗口、120个“一站式”窗口、141个邮政储蓄银行代办窗口、618台自助终端机的任意一网点实现就近办理业务，基本做到了失业保险金申领同城通办。
